1. Weekend 60-minute Islamic Cultivation for Boys Aged 9-16 Years<\/h2>\n

The\u00a0Living as a Muslim in Today\u2019s World<\/strong>\u00a0tarbiyah course has been designed to develop students\u2019 knowledge and understanding of Islam in historical and contemporary contexts through a range of key topics and the texts of both the Qur\u2019an and Had\u012bth. It will enable students to develop their skills of analysis and interpretation in the context of questions and issues that affect Islam and the lives of Muslims today.<\/p>\n

There will be time to ask Abu Khadeejah questions during and after each lesson\u2015and they\u2019ll be set homework each week, and if they submit it, it will be marked, insh\u0101\u2019-All\u0101h. However, the pupils are not obliged to submit homework.<\/p>\n

Students are accepted from all over the world and can enrol at any time.\u00a0<\/strong>Whenever you step in, you\u2019ll benefit, insh\u0101\u2019-All\u0101h.<\/p>\n

This three year course is taught at a pace conducive to the level and age of the students in the class and serves as an excellent foundation for those who wish to pursue the more intensive two-year International GCSE (Edexel Pearson Certificate) or the Advanced Level Islamic Studies (Cambridge University Assessment) course with Abu Khadeejah in the future, insh\u0101\u2019-All\u0101h.<\/p>\n

This<\/strong>\u00a0course is ideal for young males aged 9 to 16 years old.<\/strong><\/p>\n

2. Why a Short Weekly Tarbiyah Class is So Important<\/h2>\n

This course has been designed for young men to develop their knowledge and understanding of Islam in historical and contemporary contexts through a range of key topics in light of the teachings of the Qur\u2019an and Sunnah. These lessons enable students to develop skills of analysis, research and interpretation. With these skills, they can face the challenges that affect Islam and the lives of Muslims today. There will be time to ask Abu Khadeejah questions during and after each lesson\u2015and they\u2019ll be set homework each week, and if they submit it, it\u2019ll be marked, insh\u0101\u2019-All\u0101h.<\/p>\n

The course also serves as an excellent foundation for those who wish to pursue the International GCSE certificate or Advanced Level Islamic Studies course with Shaikh Abu Khadeejah in the future, insh\u0101\u2019-All\u0101h. The course content has been created by Abu Khadeejah \u02bfAbdul-W\u0101hid, and includes thousands of pages of study notes with new content being added weekly<\/strong>\u2014all praise is for All\u0101h, and may All\u0101h bless it.<\/p>\n

Lessons are prepared as \u201cstand-alone\u201d classes so you can enrol and join at any time and still understand the subject.<\/strong><\/p>\n

3. Course Dates and Times<\/h2>\n

When can I register?<\/strong> Ideally, each year, between 1st June and 1st September. Places are limited; therefore, the earlier you apply, the more likely you are to get a place (insh\u0101\u2019-All\u0101h).
Course start date:<\/strong> September \/ October of each year.
Payment:<\/strong> Every 3 months in advance until course completion, or for the whole course in advance.<\/p>\n

The course will be delivered as a 60-minute lesson every Saturday, with holidays as arranged by Abu Khadeejah. <\/p>\n

There will be 36 lessons per annum with three terms, broadly following British and US school term times \u2013 that means breaks through the year (including \u02bfEids). The course duration is three years, but you can start and finish at any time. However, rejoining is subject to availability. <\/p>\n

4. Day and Time Each Week<\/h2>\n

This 60-minute<\/strong> class takes place every Saturday, normally between 12 pm and 1 pm (UK time). The time of the lesson has been set to suit as many time zones as possible.<\/p>\n

There will be 36 of these lessons per annum over three terms, broadly following British and US school term times. That means there will be vacations throughout the year (including \u02bfEids). The course duration is three years, beginning in September every year.<\/strong> The exact start date will be decided by Abu Khadeejah, insh\u0101\u2019-All\u0101h.<\/p>\n

So, the course is for three academic years, and the live teaching time is one hour per week, loosely following the UK schools\u2019 term timetable. A month of teaching is four hours of learning. The teacher reserves the right to poll the students and alter these times if he sees that to be suitable.<\/p>\n
