Tell Her Why She is Special
It seems that just about all of us, by our very nature, have trouble with maintaining our tone regard. It does n’t matter if we ’re men or women, if nothing is reminding us that we’re special, precious people, we start feeling like we ’re nothing.
Of course, there are that many exception who are induced that they’re God’s gift to the world; but indeed also, I wonder if that’s what they suppose, deep down outside.
I suppose this problem with tone regard comes from the way the world constantly beats us down.
There’s always notoriety there to tell us when we ’ve failed, when we ’re not big enough for the situation or to make fun of our attempts to do what needs to be done. The verity is, there’s enough trouble that confronts us in life to make any of us feel like we ’re the wrong person in the wrong place at the wrong time. Life tends to beat us down.
I ’m sure you appreciate it when your wife says positive effects about you; letting you know that she sees you as her white knight, rust and all.
Well, guess what? She appreciates it when you say positive effects about her too. In fact, she needs you to tell her what there’s about her that makes you love her.
Have you ever noticed how important women want to hear those three words? That’s because they do n’t see themselves as being all that precious. They need to be reminded, because they do n’t believe it on their own. Well, there’s further than one way to say “ I love you. ”
Why did you marry your wife? Hopefully, you saw more in then than just a beautiful body.
There must have been some capability, character particularity or eventuality which you saw in her, which caused you to take further than just a alternate look at her. Guess what? Those effects are still there, perhaps slightly hidden under the day- to- day chores and cares, but they ’re still there.
Tell your wife what it’s about her that makes her special in your eyes; those effects that you appreciate about her; the special capacities she has that leave you saying “ wow. ” She needs to hear them, and when she does, she hears you saying “ I love you. ”
